Our 112-bed center offers short-term rehabilitative care as well as long-term care.
Our emphasis is on service excellence providing quality care in a homelike environment to allow for independence and to enable our patients and residents to receive the medical care they need, the restorative therapy they require, and the support they and their families deserve.
We offer a variety of clinical care programs, along with physical, occupational and speech therapies.

Working with your physician, our staff including medical specialists, nurses, nutritionists, therapists, dietitians and social workers establishes a comprehensive treatment plan intended to restore you or your loved one to the fullest practicable potential.

Responsibilities:
Meet physical and sensory requirements stated below, and be able to work in the described environment.
Identify and participate in process improvement initiatives that improve the customer experience, enhance work flow, and/or improve the work environment.
Monitor resident call lights on the unit assigned; immediately address active call lights Passing of resident food trays Passing of ice and other high requested items under CNA and Nursing supervision Make unoccupied beds.
Clean resident equipment.
Clean resident's personal care and grooming items.
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required or equivalent related work experience.
Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
