Isaiah House is looking for a dedicated and driven person to take on the role of Human Resources Assistant at our center in Harrodsburg, KY.

Assist in helping the HR team operate at peak efficiency Answer inbound phone calls Helping employees troubleshoot issues within our HR software, Paylocity Process and send outbound postal mailing Data entry, scanning and filing Build new hire packets Create and post key HR announcements Proofreading policies and other written documents Assist the HR and Compliance teams prep for meetings and facilitate training Order office supplies Updating SharePoint Intranet site Professional Skills Required:
Manage private/sensitive Human Resource information and maintain the highest levels of confidentiality Work well in a fast-paced office environment Able to maintain composure when interrupted Work well within a team Meet deadlines Navigate completing projects and tasks when little information has been provided Demonstrate professionalism Receive and give coaching and feedback Detail oriented Requirements:
At least 1 year clerical/secretarial experience HR knowledge preferred Proficient with technology High school diploma or GED Excellent oral and written skills.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
